Мы — AISuppy, ассистент в Telegram и вебе. Ниже — простыми словами о том, какие данные мы обрабатываем, зачем и как вы можете этим управлять. По любым вопросам — pmsuppy@gmail.com.

1. Какие данные мы обрабатываем

  • Идентификаторы Telegram — ваш tg_id, имя пользователя и имя, когда вы впервые входите через бот или веб.
  • Вход через Google — идентификатор аккаунта Google и адрес почты, если вы входите на сайте через Google.
  • Ваш контент — сообщения в чате с ассистентом, задачи, напоминания, заметки, чек-листы, события календаря, финансовые записи и автоматизации.
  • Настройки — язык интерфейса, часовой пояс, предпочтения уведомлений.
  • Токены сторонних сервисов — например, refresh-токен Google Calendar, если вы подключили интеграцию. Хранятся в базе в зашифрованном виде.
  • Push-подписки — endpoint и криптоключи браузера, если вы включили уведомления в PWA.
  • Голосовые сообщения и картинки — обрабатываются на лету и не сохраняются у нас. Голосовое распознаётся в текст, картинка описывается моделью; дальше мы работаем только с полученным текстом, а сами файлы не записываем ни в базу, ни на диск. Оригиналы остаются в вашем чате на серверах Telegram.
  • Техническая телеметрия — IP, User-Agent, трассировки ошибок в Sentry — для диагностики.
  • Платежи — номер платежа Telegram, сумма в звёздах и срок подписки. Данных карты у нас нет.
  • Источник перехода — метка ссылки, по которой вы пришли (например, с сайта).
  • Записи от других продуктов — если вы открыли ссылку от другого продукта (например, учебного курса), мы храним присланный им список того, что нужно создать: названия и описания проекта, задач и напоминаний и их сроки. У созданных записей остаётся пометка, от какого продукта они пришли. О вас продукт нам ничего не сообщает: он не знает, кто откроет ссылку.
  • События использования — сам факт действия без содержимого: «создана задача», «сработало напоминание», «открыто приложение». Тексты и заголовки в события не попадают.
  • Журнал удалений — заголовок и тип удалённой записи, чтобы восстановить случайно удалённое; хранится 180 дней.
  • Аналитика сайта — на aisuppy.com работает Umami на нашем сервере: адрес страницы, источник перехода, тип устройства и браузера, страна. Cookie не используются, IP-адрес не сохраняется.

2. Зачем мы это обрабатываем

  • Предоставление сервиса: сохранять и восстанавливать ваши записи, доставлять напоминания, синхронизировать календарь.
  • Персонализация: цифровой профиль подсказывает ассистенту типичный час напоминаний, приоритеты, стабильные факты.
  • Безопасность и качество: детекция сбоев, анти-спам, финансовый учёт токенов моделей.
  • Правовые обязательства при их наличии.

3. Кому мы передаём данные

  • Хостинг — Vultr (серверы и база данных), ЕС.
  • Cloudflare R2 — зашифрованные резервные копии базы, хранилище в ЕС. Ключа расшифровки у Cloudflare нет.
  • Telegram — авторизация, доставка сообщений бота, приём платежей Telegram Stars.
  • Google — если вы входите через Google или подключили Google Calendar. Для календаря запрашиваются минимально необходимые scope (calendar.events, calendar.calendarlist.readonly).
  • Провайдеры моделей ИИ — OpenRouter направляет в модели (например, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) текст ваших сообщений, описание вашего профиля и нужные для ответа записи. Ваши идентификаторы им не передаются. Каждый запрос уходит только провайдерам с нулевым хранением данных, которые не обучаются на запросах (параметры data_collection: deny и zdr: true); без такого провайдера запрос не выполняется.
  • OpenAI — распознавание голосовых сообщений: аудио отправляется на расшифровку и у нас не сохраняется.
  • Sentry — получает трассировки ошибок; чувствительные поля запроса исключаются.
  • Администраторы сервиса — получают служебные уведомления в Telegram о регистрации (имя, username, почта) и об оплатах.
  • Другие продукты, чью ссылку вы открыли — ничего не получают. Продукт присылает нам список записей и получает в ответ только ссылку для вас. Мы не сообщаем ему, кто открыл ссылку, открыл ли её кто-нибудь и были ли записи созданы, и не даём доступа к вашим данным. Записи создаются только после того, как вы вошли в AISuppy и нажали «Создать». Любой продукт можно запретить: Настройки → «Из других продуктов».
  • Правоохранительные органы — только по обоснованному законному требованию.

4. Данные Google

Если вы подключаете Google Calendar, AISuppy получает доступ по двум разрешениям: calendar.calendarlist.readonly — увидеть список ваших календарей, чтобы вы выбрали, какие показывать; calendar.events — читать события выбранных календарей и создавать, переносить, переименовывать и удалять события по вашей команде.

  • Что храним — название, время начала и конца, место и описание событий из выбранных календарей на ближайший месяц, а также идентификаторы событий и календарей — чтобы показывать их в приложении и синхронизировать изменения.
  • Как используем — только чтобы показывать ваши события, отвечать на вопросы о вашем расписании и выполнять ваши просьбы. Когда вы спрашиваете ассистента о расписании, нужные для ответа события передаются провайдеру модели ИИ (раздел 3).
  • Чего не делаем — не продаём данные Google, не используем их для рекламы, не используем и не передаём их для обучения моделей ИИ: события календаря уходят в модели только через провайдеров с нулевым хранением данных, которые не обучаются на них, а обучение на запросах отключено и в настройках нашего аккаунта у OpenRouter. Люди читают их только с вашего согласия, для безопасности или по требованию закона.
  • Как отключить — Настройки → Google Calendar → «Отключить» или в аккаунте Google, раздел «Сторонние приложения». При отключении мы удаляем ключ доступа и события, полученные из Google; события, созданные в AISuppy, остаются у вас.

Использование и передача AISuppy информации, полученной через Google API, соответствует Google API Services User Data Policy, включая требования Limited Use.

5. Сколько мы храним данные

Пока вы пользуетесь сервисом. Аккаунт удаляется в приложении: Настройки → «Удалить аккаунт» — все ваши записи стираются сразу. Резервные копии базы хранятся до 30 дней и удаляются автоматически. События использования после удаления аккаунта остаются обезличенными — без связи с вами. Журнал удалений хранится 180 дней. Логи ошибок Sentry автоматически удаляются через 90 дней. Ссылка от другого продукта действует 60 минут; присланный им список после удаления аккаунта остаётся без связи с вами.

6. Ваши права

  • Доступ и экспорт — запросите слепок данных по e-mail.
  • Исправление — редактируйте прямо в приложении.
  • Удаление — кнопка «Удалить аккаунт» в Настройках или запрос по e-mail.
  • Отзыв согласия на Google Calendar — в вашем аккаунте Google, раздел «Сторонние приложения».
  • Возражение и ограничение обработки — по запросу.

7. Международная передача

Часть подпроцессоров работает за пределами вашей страны, в том числе в США: провайдеры моделей ИИ, OpenAI (распознавание голоса), Sentry. Данные передаются им только в объёме, нужном для работы сервиса.

8. Безопасность

Весь трафик идёт по HTTPS. Токены подключённых сервисов хранятся в базе зашифрованными; резервные копии вне сервера шифруются до отправки. Остальные данные в базе на уровне приложения не шифруются; доступ к серверу — только у оператора сервиса. Пароли не используются: вход — через Telegram или Google.

9. Дети

Сервис не предназначен для пользователей младше 16 лет. Если вы стали известны нам как пользователь младшего возраста, мы удалим ваши данные.

10. Изменения политики

При существенных изменениях мы отправим уведомление в чате бота и обновим дату вверху страницы. Пользование сервисом после обновления означает согласие с новой редакцией.

Privacy Policy

Effective October 12, 2026.

We are AISuppy, an assistant in Telegram and on the web. In plain language: what data we process, why, and how you can control it. For anything data-related — pmsuppy@gmail.com.

1. What data we process

  • Telegram identifiers — your tg_id, username, and first name when you first sign in via the bot or the web.
  • Google sign-in — your Google account identifier and email address, if you sign in on the site with Google.
  • Your content — chat messages with the assistant, tasks, reminders, notes, checklists, calendar events, finance records, automations.
  • Settings — language, timezone, notification preferences.
  • Third-party tokens — e.g. a Google Calendar refresh token if you connect the integration. Stored encrypted at rest.
  • Push subscriptions — browser endpoint and crypto keys if you enable notifications in the PWA.
  • Voice messages and images — processed on the fly and not stored by us. Voice is transcribed to text, images are described by a model; from there we only work with the resulting text, and the files themselves are never written to our database or disk. The originals stay in your chat on Telegram's servers.
  • Technical telemetry — IP, User-Agent, Sentry error traces — for diagnostics.
  • Payments — the Telegram payment number, the amount in Stars and the subscription period. We hold no card data.
  • Referral source — the label of the link you arrived through (for example, from the website).
  • Records from other products — if you open a link from another product (a course, for example), we store the list it sent of what to create: the names and descriptions of the project, tasks and reminders, and their due dates. The records created keep a note of which product they came from. The product tells us nothing about you: it does not know who will open the link.
  • Usage events — the fact of an action without its content: “task created”, “reminder fired”, “app opened”. Texts and titles are not recorded in events.
  • Deletion log — the title and type of a deleted record, so an accidental deletion can be undone; kept for 180 days.
  • Website analytics — aisuppy.com runs Umami on our own server: page address, referrer, device and browser type, country. No cookies are used and the IP address is not stored.

2. Why we process it

  • To deliver the service: store and restore your records, send reminders, sync your calendar.
  • Personalisation: your digital profile suggests default reminder hours, priorities, stable facts.
  • Security and reliability: crash detection, anti-abuse, model-token accounting.
  • Legal obligations where applicable.

3. Who we share data with

  • Hosting — Vultr (servers and database), EU.
  • Cloudflare R2 — encrypted database backups, stored in the EU. Cloudflare does not hold the decryption key.
  • Telegram — auth, bot message delivery, Telegram Stars payments.
  • Google — if you sign in with Google or connect Google Calendar. For the calendar, minimum scopes are requested (calendar.events, calendar.calendarlist.readonly).
  • AI model providers — OpenRouter routes the text of your messages, a description of your profile and the records needed for a reply to models (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). Your identifiers are not passed to them. Every request goes only to providers with zero data retention that do not train on requests (the data_collection: deny and zdr: true parameters); if no such provider is available, the request fails.
  • OpenAI — voice message transcription: the audio is sent for transcription and is not stored by us.
  • Sentry — receives error traces; sensitive request fields are stripped.
  • Service administrators — receive service notifications in Telegram about sign-ups (name, username, email) and payments.
  • Other products whose link you opened — receive nothing. The product sends us a list of records and gets back only a link for you. We do not tell it who opened the link, whether anyone did, or whether the records were created, and we give it no access to your data. Records are created only after you sign in to AISuppy and tap “Create”. You can block any product: Settings → “From other products”.
  • Law enforcement — only on a lawful, well-founded request.

4. Google data

If you connect Google Calendar, AISuppy gets access through two permissions: calendar.calendarlist.readonly — to see the list of your calendars so you can choose which to show; calendar.events — to read events in the chosen calendars and to create, move, rename and delete events at your request.

  • What we store — the title, start and end time, location and description of events in the chosen calendars for the coming month, plus event and calendar identifiers — to show them in the app and sync changes.
  • How we use it — only to show your events, answer questions about your schedule and carry out your requests. When you ask the assistant about your schedule, the events needed for the reply are passed to an AI model provider (section 3).
  • What we don't do — we don't sell Google data, don't use it for advertising, and don't use it or pass it on to train AI models: calendar events reach models only through zero-data-retention providers that do not train on them, and training on requests is also switched off in our OpenRouter account settings. People read it only with your consent, for security, or when required by law.
  • How to disconnect — Settings → Google Calendar → “Disconnect”, or in your Google account under “Third-party apps”. On disconnect we delete the access token and the events pulled from Google; events created in AISuppy stay with you.

AISuppy's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. How long we keep data

As long as you use the service. You delete your account in the app: Settings → “Delete account” — all your records are erased right away. Database backups are kept for up to 30 days and deleted automatically. Usage events stay anonymised after account deletion — with no link to you. The deletion log is kept for 180 days. Sentry error logs auto-expire after 90 days. A link from another product is valid for 60 minutes; the list it sent stays, after you delete your account, with no connection to you.

6. Your rights

  • Access & export — request a snapshot by email.
  • Correction — edit directly in the app.
  • Deletion — the "Delete account" button in Settings, or email us.
  • Withdraw Google Calendar consent — from your Google account under "Third-party apps".
  • Object / restrict processing — on request.

7. International transfers

Some sub-processors operate outside your country, including in the United States: AI model providers, OpenAI (voice transcription), Sentry. Data is passed to them only to the extent needed to run the service.

8. Security

All traffic is over HTTPS. Tokens for connected services are stored encrypted in the database; off-site backups are encrypted before upload. Other data in the database is not encrypted at the application level; only the service operator has access to the server. Passwords are not used: sign-in is via Telegram or Google.

9. Children

The service is not intended for users under 16. If we become aware of a younger user, we delete their data.

10. Changes to this policy

For material changes we'll notify you in the bot chat and update the date at the top. Continued use after an update means acceptance.
